ZIA Australian Shepherd Club of New Mexico became an affiliate of the Australian Shepherd Club of America on January 1, 1999.  Our mission is to support  the activities of ASCA by  promoting and sponsoring a variety of local trials and competitions, notably agility, conformation, and obedience.  Our membership has earned numerous championships in all of these venues as well as represented our affiliate at the national ASCA competitions and invitationals.  ZASC supports “Aussie Rescue” through fund raisers as well as providing foster parents for these most deserving dogs.
